Since we are networking, I need work for my band. I have aCd that was released last year that is still on the JAZZWEEK radio charts. My band cosists of myself on saxophone, Duane Eubanks on trumpet, pianist Michael Cochrane, bassist Calvin Jones, drummer Greg Searvance, and occasionally Cornell McGhee on trombone. Just got in from a restaurant club here in Historical Grapevine, Texas called Tin Spirits, I listened and jamed to some great Jazz and blues. Please advise your costs. We are always looking for good jazz bands. Where are you based and where are you willing to travel.

Hi,
I apologize for getting back to you so late. i am based in the New York area(New Jersey). how big is the club and what kind of budget is there? I would like to bring at least a quintet. What universities are there. If you could help me a arrange a concert at one of the local universities it would off set the travel costs. We would definitely need airfare and hotel accomadations, as well as a rental car(van). I would also require at least $1,000.00 a night in performance fees. When we travel we usually arrange other gigs in the area, so that it doesn't fall on one establishment.
